In the MOTOTRBO digital system, the two-way intercom call function of wired telephones and digital walkie-talkies can be introduced into the same-frequency direct-through, single-relay base station, IP network simulcast system and other networking methods, and only need to add the R1000 wired/wireless telephone connection This can be achieved by simply connecting the router; the specific networking method is as shown in the figure below:

The wired telephone (PSTN/PABX) is connected to R1000 (with wireless telephone connector), and voice exchange and transmission is performed through R1000 and R8200 digital repeater to realize two-way intercom calls between the wired telephone and the intercom terminal. For example: the following specific functions can be achieved:
- One-to-one two-way conversation between the wired landline (63752607) and the intercom terminal (Group 1_Handheld 001).
- One-to-many two-way calls between the wired landline (63752607) and all intercom terminals in a group.
- One-to-one two-way call between GSM/3G mobile phone and intercom terminal (Group 1_Handheld 001).
- One-to-many two-way calls between GSM/3G mobile phones and all intercom terminals in a group.
Note:
1. Although R8200 provides two voice channels at the same time, one R8200 digital repeater can only be connected to one Radio Phone Patch, regardless of whether the repeater is a regular version, a networked version, or a cluster version.
2. In IP networking, only one repeater station is needed to connect the telephone module, that is, only one telephone module is needed for one simulcast time slot, and additional telephone modules can be added for local channels.
| Item | Quantity | Remarks |
|---|---|---|
| Radio Phone Pack (including power source) | 1 set | Can only be equipped with 1 phone module |
| Phone module | 2 set | - |
| Repeater station phone function upgrade KEY | 1 set | Upgrade repeater station function |
| Motorola digital repeater station | 1 set | Includes duplexers, power supply |
| Motorola digital duplexers | 1 set | With keyboard display screen |
Specific function implementation
To make a voice call from a phone to a certain/group of walkie-talkies or from a walkie-talkie to a certain phone, the specific dialing method is as follows:
To make a voice call from a phone to a certain/group of walkie-talkies or from a walkie-talkie to a certain phone, the specific dialing method is as follows:
1. Call the intercom from a wired phone (dial twice)
Dial the extension number/direct number connected to the telephone module, hear the English prompt tone and dial the number for the second time. Dial the access code "123#". When you hear a "beep", dial the required number directly (for example: private call 1) To access station 201, you need to dial 71201 in sequence)

81000: All call in time slot 1, 82000: All call in time slot 2
Example: To make a private call to user 201 in time slot 1, dial 63752608 123#71201
2. The walkie-talkie makes a call to a wired phone or a mobile phone (that is, the walkie-talkie makes a call)
Intercom menu operation: Through "Address Book", "Manual Dial", select "Phone Number Dial", directly enter the required extension number or outside number, and press PTT to achieve it.
