The Telecommunications Bureau (NET) of the Public Service Regulatory Commission announced the signing of a mutual cooperation agreement with the Amateur Radio Union Corporation organization.
"Radio enthusiasts will work with NET to provide services and will coordinate the deployment of their resources to support communications through the Emergency Operations Center of the Emergency Management and Disaster Management Agency.
